Cozy, creamy, and way better than canned biscuits ever dreamed of being. 🧈😂 Recipe: • 1 celery stalk (chopped) • ½ yellow onion (chopped) • ½ cup shredded carrots • Sauté in 1 tbsp olive oil for 5–7 min • Season with salt, pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder + 2 tsp Italian seasoning Dumplings: • 2 cups flour • 1 tbsp baking powder • 1 tbsp sugar • 1 tsp salt • Cut in 1 stick cold butter until crumbly • Add 1 cup whole milk and mix • Roll out and cut into small rectangles Soup Base: • Add 2 tbsp butter to veggies + ⅛ cup flour • Stir in 2 cups chicken broth + 2 cups whole milk • Once simmering, drop in dumplings and 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken • Cook 10 min (until dumplings are fluffy) • Stir in 2 cups spinach at the end It’s giving: carbs, comfort, and delusional peace. 🥣💛 #momlife #momlifeunfiltered #souprecipes #recipes #biscuitpotpiesoup
