The nut is not the real problem, it is the slapping oil chain. Legit garage has a custom oil tensioner retrofit…I highly recommend it. Another issue is the harmonics at high RPM, an ATI damper will help but it’s questionable that’s really the issue. The engine is out, don’t skip that.

Curious to see what kind of power this makes. I’m doing same turbo on a m52b30 with m54b30 cams, same waste gate, but a RSI mani. You gonna tune on the stock ecu or will this be on a link or something similar?

kinda lost me at 3076, don't use the coolant lines it's pointless if that's a journal bearing and you don't have an auxiliary pump, timer etc.. and just another thing to leak, axle load washers work for the rail, and having the safety clips makes almost a non issue, looks clean 👍

If you talking wheel hp you won’t hit 400hp on the spring but on the engine with 12 psi you should hit 440ish on spring for sure
