this happened at a outback steakhouse in Wilmington north Carolina to a customer that sent back a steak because it wasn't cooked right and the customer almost died because of it, this is why if you send anything back because it's not cooked properly the management has to bring it back to your table so this will not happen again this is biological terrorism
