It was supposed to be brought in to avoid the blatently obvious errors but instead everything is being analysed with a fine tooth Combe and it’s ridiculous. I agree with Mark offsides and ball out of play/ goal line technology is enough but I’d consider implementing what they do in cricket/ tennis and allow each manager 2/3 reviews per game. If they are correct they keep their review if wrong they lose it. Outside of that the onfield decision is final.

So he just didn't address what the fan said, it's worse in England than everywhere else, I don't think that's because football is subjective, it's subjective everywhere, but England has the worst VAR

Subjective is bull. They judge based on badge.

When they use it in the CL, it seems to be more reliable. Handballs are handballs, fouls are fouls. They get a few wrong but it's nowhere near as bad as the PL. They've added an extra layer of ambiguity with their 'clear and obvious' and subjective approach to laws that are clear cut. They've made a total mess of it.
