I don't think it's the money, I think it's the way they were living, the parties, fancy restaurants, Aiden was wealthy but didn't fit in that group of people going to fancy events, dressing up and so on.

if she is a gold digger she's not a very good one lol. I can't think of an occasion where she ever got any money or nice gifts from any man she dated. she freaked out when Aiden bought her a computer and got so offended that time the guy left money on the nightstand

normally I agree with you on everything, but on this issue Carrie showed some rare good sense. time was moving on, she wasn't getting any younger, the years of being able to skate by on a columnist's salary were coming to an end, and Big had proven himself to be impossible to rely on 🤔
