Thank you for reminding us to take care of ourselves. ✨✨✨ I love being in an atmosphere like subdued lightning, burning incense and listening to duduk music (an Armenian flute), or take a hot bath with drops of essential oils and Epsom salt while listening to Vas, Anoushka Shankar, Irfan, Faran Ensemble or even Buddhist mantras like repeating Om.
