this was me 3 years ago,thank God my orthopedic surgeon treated it ..I haven't felt this pain again 🙏

I had this problem for sometime.. glad I am better now.. I changed my shoes to more comfortable shoes for my daily walks.. changing shoes to more comfortable ones and daily massage of my heels right now the inflammation is gone
