Today I brought out my paraffin wax bath - it helps reduce inflammation, boost blood flow, and loosen up my wrist so I can stretch it. It hurts to dip in, but it’s oddly soothing… and yes, peeling the wax is so satisfying. Every flare reminds me how far I’ve come- I used to cry from the breeze of an open window.
