Thank you for your videos. I had a weird situation happen and I’ve had a cat for the past week. I can’t keep it due to allergies and my own housing situation, but your foster videos has made me realize my intense sadness isn’t all bad. She’s hopefully going to a home soon. 🤍

I’ve been fostering this mama cat and her three kittens (7 weeks old) and I’m struggling with the decision to drop off mom in the shelter and keeping only her kittens . I’m afraid she won’t get adopted and it feels wrong to move her back to the shelter after a great life she’s had at my house for the last 2 months 😭

foster mom to neonate kittens :
I had to wean my garden crew early because there were six of them and mama was young like a year and 8 llbs and all 6 weighed as much as mom and were stressing her and her body out. then I kept them and took her out to the shelter to recoup. All 7 have been adopted!

im surprised the owner who surrendered her might have the chance to adopt her back. bc what was the reason for surrendering her in the first place, just for getting pregnant, which was due to their irresponsibility of not getting her spayed?
