I think the older generation do need a lot more scrutiny of road use. they are a huge risk factor and pay the least for insurance so only effectively cover limited liability financially.

If it was without due care and attention the Audi wouldn’t have stopped the van had no indication of leaving it was the vans fault but as usual innocent are charged 🙄

the silver Q5 was a very good driver he at least stopped without any collision. licence taken away for lane decline is a joke. the van should of been stopped for not indicating and being in a wrong lane
