If the roller has those spikes on it I would not use it. The needles go into your scalp which is fine but when you roll it it tears your skin and is ultimately worse that just leaving it alone. There is stamp ones that don’t roll that is better

I’ve been using hair oil for about a year now && I can say that it helps. It also helps to not let your hair person “thin” out your strands. I do blunt cuts. For me, this has worked.

I swear by Head and Shoulders to help with shedding - your hair comes out in chunks during postpartum. I started using it and the shedding is WAY less.
