cooked this tonight was so looking forward to it as it looks lovely.. sorry was not good ...bland and runny had to thicken with peanut butter and curry sauce ..has anyone else had this problem?

This is not a satay. Satay is grilled meat on skewers. You might call it a rendang.

Top tip: use a piece of kitchen roll to grab onto the ‘white bit’ of the chicken, you’ll get a much better grip and makes it easier after your fingers are wet from the first one. Also do you use light or dark soy sauce?
