Any "accomodations" that require a person to have a secondary human assist with utilizing the "accomodations" means it is, in fact, NOT ACCESSIBLE!! In the states, you could sue him on the grounds of ADA violations, I wish those kinds of legal protections existed everywhere and were more commonly enforced. Making the world more accessible for the most disabled people tends to in turn make it more accessible for everyone, not just the people the accommodations were initially designed to assist.

I hate when something is considered “accessible” when it requires other people to assist (roller door needs to be opened, furniture needs to be moved) - accessible should mean you can get in without having to have someone else needed to gain entry. My son (wheelchair user) couldn’t access the office to get the keys for his SDA apartment because it was a pull door. He has quadriplegia and can’t grip a door handle. The irony was not lost on us!
