Most beginners don’t have quality, so they should just post 1 time a day and IMPROVE each day, not just spam. Then once you have the SKILLSET of content. Move up to 2-3x/day. Then eventually, you will plateau, compress the “accordion” back to 1x/day but with high production/ideation/etc. Then, start thinking about scaling content back up through a team and systems. You’ll hit 100K in no time doing that.
