It should be illegal for ev chargers to rely on a persistent internet connection. They should be able to function off of a single connection each day, to true up all transactions stored on the device. Obviously most of the time it would run in connected mode though

Ionna opened a ton of new spots near me, absolutely made it that much more obvious how bad Electrify America is. Literally just plugged in and tapped my card and the charger shot up to 230kW 10/10

You shouldn’t say EV Chargers you should say everyone except Tesla Superchargers and Rivian. The reliability infrastructure beyond those 2 for non-tesla owners would make me hate driving an EV if I could only use those. It shouldn’t be a common thing that they are constantly broken everywhere

Electrify America has a backup, the card reader on the front of the machine. granted all networks don't have that but EA does.
