im a female C.O. in an all male correctional facility, I got one of these belts simply as a safety precaution because it’s harder for another person to try to get it undone if they don’t know about the little latch release in case “something” were to happen to me 😅 these belts are great anyways.

No one is talking about how you can slid it out a notch or two after a big meal or if youre feeling bloated. they're great for that, or if youre between belt holes on a normal one. they're good for weight loss, easily adjusted
