protect the hinge pleaseeee get a phone case that protects it ! i had the z flip5 dropped mannnyyy times but nothing happened, then one day i dropped it on the hinge and it broke... im getting another z flip 5 tomorrow and first thing im doing is buying a phone case with a hinge protector

I have the Flip 7 first Flip from the newer generations and it's honestly really good. Inner camera still sucks, and I do keep it folded when in a bag so it has no scratches lol. Battery lasts all day, outside camera is great and it's 50/50 for me whether I use it open or folded. So honestly it was a good purchase for me and the use I give my phone.

yeah i dropped it twice.. it makes my screen flicker and i have a black dot on the side of the phone.. also just bought the flip 7 for my own birthday 🫣🤭
