I love shark vacuums but the old shop vac is great. Just replace your filter every once in a while, they aren't expensive.

Also. Shark is an AMAZING company as far as customer service goes. They also make Ninja products. They have ridiculous customer support and will do pretty much anything they can to help you out if one of their products has an issue.
