Have the Peposo at Casa Linga in Florence. A mom and pop joint run by a family. It’s pepper beef and so good. Order some veggie sides like roasted potatoes and Brocccolini. Yummy

FLORENCE HAS THE BEST FOOD!! i actually stumbled upon this restaurant during low season and they welcomed my friend and I in when they saw us considering going in. The flan appetizer is a must try!

It’s so funny cause we’re Italian from Florence and like last week I was walking around with my dad and he was telling me how this restaurant became famous all of a sudden and he didn’t know why…. lol I guess now we know
