My 2025 SQ5 has been in and out of the shop since October 2025. It has been 240+ days since the vehicle was first brought into the shop and the case was opened. I’ve heard nothing. The car is a complete waste of $75k. Audi Denver lost the car, I had to go find it myself. They had it for more than 45 days. It’s been in the shop over 9+ times in both Audi Denver and Audi Parker. It’s had every K2 whoopty doo update under the sun and they’ve done nothing to improve the ongoing failures of the vehicle. They’ve supposedly re-wired a connection in the rear bumper TWO separate times now. Also didn’t fix anything. I am so sick and tired of waiting for Audi to be the company I thought it was and make this right. I am about to bring my car back into the shop for literally the 10th time. I am well beyond all of the legal requirements in the state of Colorado for lemon law. There are thousands of unhappy Audi owners online and I’ve been contacting them. The service member at Audi Parker told me they have 20+ 2025 S/Q5s with different issues that are also unresolved and are waiting for various updates that never come. You can’t use the digital key and no safety features work. I paid so much for this car and have stuck loyal to a brand that has done nothing to show an ounce of appreciation for their customers or brand reputation.

Audi has 2 huge problems! Their reliability has dropped to almost the bottom of the list only above Land Rover and Jeep! The other is pricing! This a just fine SUV but 75k for really nothing that will turn heads and basically looks like every other Audi!!!! It's a MEH at best!

My wife loves her sq5. We got hers in 2019. The only complaint is it's not very comfortable to ride in. Ive heard the same thing about the Q5. Have they improved their seats?

Don't buy a Q5.💀 Mine has been at the dealership 4x, 50+ days at 270 miles. The new models have so many issues, and Audi won't take responsibility.
