In Jersey City, Maxim Crane Works is setting up a tower crane near the rail yard for the next phase of LeFrak’s Newport waterfront. The project keeps pushing new towers along the Hudson, extending a redevelopment that’s been reshaping this side of the river for decades. Over in Hoboken, Lomma Crane & Rigging with Bay Crane assisting are putting up another tower crane at 111 Observer Highway. It’s part of LCOR’s Hoboken Connect project, managed by Consigli Construction, bringing new housing and public space to the terminal area.
