I think what helped me with contemporary was not thinking about them as each separate movements, but a cohesive one telling a story

hip-hop to contemporary are my favorite kind of dancers. 😍 You’re almost there! really dig into those muscles to play with the levels of the choreo and reaching further out to add some texture. But ya looking good! 🫶

Hmm I’d say a tip is do what feels good. Contemporary is one of those places where you can afford to let go and stretch out more. Instead of focusing so much on hitting shapes, maybe flow through them more. Does that make sense☺️?
