Remember Payless did a car switch out becuase the other car had issues. I bet the rental agreement was in the other car. The fact that the cop kept messing with the camera is a problem. Wouldn’t that be tampering with evidence? Body cams are supposed to run video and audio the entire time with no cop interference. In this case, it makes the cops look like they are guilty of doing/saying something illegal.
