She was ABUSED in that place. She, herself, knows it’s wrong, but her brain chemistry CHANGED. The only times you can easily change someone’s way of thinking easily is when you’re a teen/child. That’s exactly what they did. That’s why she won’t leave her abusive bd. BECAUSE SHE THINKS ITS OKAY BC THEY BOTH BEAT ON EACH OTHER. When it is NOT.

I’ll never understand why anyone thinks that a camp like this will “fix” anyone.. if anything I feel like any poor soul sent to them will be worse off than when they went in. It’s heartbreaking how many people have a personal experience at a place like this.
