Yessss! Pelvic floor strength is so important. It could also be fibroids in the uterus. I had some huge ones causing pain and “lower belly bloating” I was able to minimize the issue with my diet but they can always come back even with surgery.

I’ve seen many women with that lower belly bump and heard them saying that it’s above their uterus. It’s protective fat to the area that doesn’t go away. Like an evolutionary thing.

You don’t have to do Pilates or barre. Don’t waste your money. As a former Pilates, barre, yoga instructor just work on tucking your tailbone daily. Walk like an old man hands behind back tuck tailbone.

Women’s bodies are all different. We all have different areas we tend to hold weight more than others. Very few women genetically have flat lower abdominals naturally. We keep fat around certain areas for reasons.

remember guys this is another version of selling you an insecurity so they can sell you something either to watch more of their content or to buy a product through them. they are selling us insecurities. when we ignore beauty standards and only focus on issues that are truly affecting our health we will be free. if you believe you have issues with pelvic floor look into healthcare options with a real professional please.

Even if what you’re saying is true, referring to lower belly fat as not normal or healthy is very harmful and untrue. It’s normal and healthy to have lower belly fat and to have fat in general. If someone has pain or discomfort then that’s the problem that could be fixed, not the lower belly pooch itself….
