@shellyfingerlin: It’s finally soup season, y’all. 😍 INGREDIENTS 4 tbsp butter 2 tbsp EVOO 1 small onion, diced 1 cup diced celery 1 cup diced carrots 12 oz shredded chicken 1 tbsp minced garlic 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tbsp Italian seasoning 1/4 cup flour 3 cups milk 1 1/2 cups heavy cream 3 cups chicken bone broth 8 oz chopped spinach 20 oz tortellini INSTRUCTIONS 1. In a large pot, melt butter and EVOO over medium heat. 2. Add vegetables, garlic, and seasonings and cook for about 5–7 minutes. 3. Add flour and stir until combined. 4. Add chicken broth, milk, and heavy cream. Stir well. 5.
