🌰 Healthy Dry-Fruit Laddoo (Winter Energy Booster) Method 1. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp desi ghee. Add pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and char magaz (melon seeds mix). Roast on low flame for about 2 minutes. Remove and set aside. 2. Add another spoon of desi ghee and roast almonds, cashews, and pistachios on low flame for 2 minutes. Set aside. 3. Dry roast flax seeds (alsi) for 1 minute until aromatic. Set aside. 4. Roast makhanas (fox nuts) in a little desi ghee for 2 minutes on low flame. Set aside. 5. Blend all roasted dry fruits and seeds into a coarse powder. 6. In the same pan, add 1 tbsp desi ghee, then add dates, raisins, and figs. Cook for about 3 minutes until soft and sticky. Blend lightly. 7. Combine both mixtures in a bowl with a little warm desi ghee. Mix well and shape into laddoos while the mixture is slightly warm. 8. Store in an airtight jar. Consume one laddoo daily in the morning for full-day energy and strength.
