Follow me for more @jadecarolanfitness Macros👇 Calories 503 Protein 37g Fat 20g Carbs 47g Ingredients makes 3 pies👇 400g lean diced beef 1 white onion 1tsp garlic or 2 cloves finely chopped 330ml beef gravy Guinness 2 bay leaves fresh rosemary splash of woster sauce salt & black pepper 246g reduced fat puff pastry egg wash sprinkle of seeds Season the beef with salt and pepper before browning off for a few minutes. Add to a slow cooker with diced onion, garlic, salt, pepper and gravy. Add a splash of woster sauce, some rosemary, and a couple of bay leaves. Cook for 4-5 hours on a high. Remove the bay leaves and rosemary sprig. Add puff pastry to a deep yorkshire pudding tray, cover with baking paper and top with baking beans. Cook in a preheated oven for 20 mins at 200. Remove the baking beans and paper to add the steak filling. Top with pastry, secure the edges with a fork and brush with egg wash. Bake for a further 14 minutes at 180.
