If you’re trying to get more confident on camera, here’s what helped me the most 👇 👉 Freshly washed hair!!! I swear this one is funny but real -> clean hair = instant confidence boost. If I know I’m filming, I wash it that morning. It just hits different. 👉 Screen mirroring hack. Game changer. Seeing myself live on my computer while filming gives me clarity: I know exactly how the frame looks, my lighting, and my angles. (If you don’t know how to mirror your screen, comment “mirror” and I’ll show you! it’s a UGC LIFESAVER.) 👉 Film line by line. I never record full scripts in one go. I take it sentence by sentence, then crop the pauses when editing. Makes the final video feel natural and confident. Less retakes. 👉 Alone time -> more confidence. Even after years of creating, if someone’s around me, my brain just… freezes 😅 I need my own space to talk freely without overthinking who’s listening.
