@daylehoffmankerns: Protein pumpkin cookie dough bars 🎃🍫🤤 Recipe: 1 cup blanched almond flour (I ended up adding an extra cup bc the pb fit was runny) 1/2 cup @Promix Nutrition vanilla protein powder (ended up adding another 1/3 cup bc it was runny) 1 tsp pumpkin spice 1 cup creamy peanut butter (or PB fit for more protein less fat) 1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree 1/2 cup pure maple syrup 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips 1 cup chocolate chips + 1 tbsp coconut oil for the topping- melted Makes 8-12 servings Recipe inspo: @sofreshnsogreeeeen
