@cops.cam.night: Part 4: Drunk Woman Charged with Felony for Her 4th DUI Arrest : On September 25, 2025, Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputy Ward observed a vehicle driving on the Interstate and fail to stay in one travel lane. He initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle, which was being driven by a 42-year-old woman. The woman admitted to consuming alcohol, so she was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests. However, the tests were ended prematurely after the woman stated she was unable to perform them. She was placed under arrest and was transported to the Sheriff's station. She submitted two breath samples, both registering 0.23% BAC. The police report indicates that the woman had 3 prior Driving While Under the Influence (DWI) convictions, so the 4th offense was charged as a felony.
