I've actually seen the drivers point of view of this. And the cop followed him and he wasn't doing anything illegal. The cop flicked his lights on after a mile or so of him following. The guy is telling us what's about to happen right before it happens. Black men driving is scary for racist ⚪ cops. 😭 He has a dashcam thankfully
