Idk people say that disc bugle should heal over time with PT but here I am 5 years after originally being diagnosed with it, multiple rounds of PT with no improvement. Currently waiting to get a new mri on my back to see how much worse it is now!

It is excruciating pain now. I can’t straighten out my leg because it catches at the hip. This started two days ago. I think it’s turned into something far more serious. I’m still waiting on a call from my neurologist office. They need to quit playing with people that have severe pain cause not only does it physically screw with you it screws with you mentally as well.😭
