Such good advice. Even if you can buy it’s a good way to gauge what area you like etc. I made the mistake once of buying immediately and lost more seelingnwithon a year than what I would have spent on rent in that same year.

you never buy when rent is the same as buying. It should be less to buy than to rent because you'll be paying taxes, higher insurance and all the repairs.

yes, slow down. could be a business nearby that has horrendous smells, noise.etc. Train noise, fire station, landfill. check out neighbors for cre-cre, see it at day and night time. we have a lot of new residents in my area, that are now freaked out at how many bears and coyotes we have
