The manufacturer needs to get lab testing done and present their findings to major insurance companies and get them to offer discounts for structures where this is installed. The the brand can use it as a selling/marketing point to pivot from the high initial material cost by saying it can pay for itsself over time with the insurance discounts.

As someone who sold off a company that did fire/water restoration …. I wouldn’t want this. If there’s a fire, I want my house to burn to the ground. I don’t want the insurance trying to rebuild my house. But that’s just me.
