It's picking one repetitive task, giving it to one agent, and measuring how often you have to step in and fix it before you trust it with anything else. A good target to aim for is under 5% intervention rate before you call a task fully automated. Anything higher and you're not saving time, you're just moving the work around. Start with one process. Get it boring and reliable before you add a second client or a second agent. Scaling to 10 clients only works if client 1 doesn't fall apart while you're not looking.
