Ok not the same but on a similar note, anytime I bring up smoking cessation and they say NRT is unaffordable/expensive, (which I do agree it’s $$ and insurance doesn’t pay!) but cigarettes are expensive too!

I’m 58 and a smoker and I as well will not take certain medication. Sometimes the provider wants to prescribe a pill for everything instead of addressing the problem. I worked in the medical field for 32 years and ALOT has changed!

Take their BP meds “only when they feel like their BP is high” cause they don’t like taking meds they “don’t need”. SIR you NEED IT, allllll the time. They were in the ED for related issues
