@apneareset: Everyone with sleep apnea needs to own this one device. (Tap @apneareset to get your clear, personalized path to better sleep) And no — I’m not selling you anything. I just want you to actually see what’s going on with your sleep. Too many people either never track, overanalyze and give up, or just rely on their CPAP. That’s like asking your crutches how your leg is healing — it doesn’t tell you the full story. What you really need is an overnight pulse oximeter. Not an Apple Watch or Fitbit — they only sample every 30 minutes. You need something that tracks your oxygen continuously through the night. That data shows your real oxygen dips and patterns. Then you can test what actually helps — like sleeping on your side or doing targeted breathing drills — and see measurable progress over time. That’s how you stop guessing and start improving your sleep for real. To speed that progress up, pair it with the right breathing exercises for your body. Oura ring does continuous o2 says too, I’ve found it a good pair to my cpap… and it was what flagged the sleep oxygen disturbances in the first place

I just had a sleep study after moving to 9100’ elevation. My Oura ring showed a few breathing disturbances when I lived at sea level but then I moved here and it was giving me multiple disturbances. I got a sleep study done and it showed “severe” apnea with mostly OSA and some CSA. I’ve been using 1.5 L of supplemental oxygen via nasal cannula while we try and figure this out and my oxygen levels are great. Should I be dropping if I have severe apnea?

Ok so got some questions on this, 1. I’m a restless sleeper the only way I’d keep it on is if I’d get it to stay. I guess that’s more of a statement. lol 2. How can a track my numbers if I’m asleep?? I know my oxygen goes into 80’s because the hospital trips I’ve had drs said that. Thank you
