@garythebbqchef: I bet you’re wondering why I’m cooking for a kitchen takeover on a @recteq Back Yard Beast pellet grill. We tried for 3 days to rent a commercial smoker and everyone either didn’t show up, showed up with something that looked NOTHING like their pics, or they just blew us off. We have ones lined up for future events, but boy did it take a while to get these steaks done because I had to reload it 6 times with steaks!
