question, if you don't mind. I have a GP mix and he does those quick nose licks constantly, but when I pull my hand back, he headbutts my hand/arm, as if he wants more pets. Is that a good sign to keep petting?

What’s a good way to introduce my two dogs to my father-in-law’s two dogs? He is moving in with us tomorrow and my dogs are not the most friendly with other dogs. But I’m hoping since they’re both female it’ll be different.

I know you're talking about it being your own dog, but I volunteer at an animal shelter and I'm assuming this behavior applies to all dogs… This is super helpful thank you

I watched a video yesterday of yours about licking their mouth to signal they don’t want petted. So this moto sat down on the couch and both my dogs came up to me for attention so I licked my lips a few times and they both stopped getting in my face and just played down next to me. Wow! It works!!
