after eating, laying on me left side but still a little elevated (so your stomach isn’t working against gravity) helped me so much!! especially at night!

I swear I must have had something wrong with my intestines cause it sounded like this ALL THE TIME and I had a stomach ache after every meal but they had to yeet my colon and I haven't had a gurgle or tummy ache since 🙃
