@fishlikemike: Believe it or not, it’s true! Ducks can poop out fish eggs! This does not work for all fish species but certain ones like trout, carp and a few others have strong enough eggs which can survive the digestive system of certain birds! It’s also been documented that some eggs can survive the short flight or walk from pond to pond being stuck on an animals body. Some of these eggs ultimately fall off in the new body of water and hatch! Facts! My friend has a pond way on the back of his property and it’s full of fish. He’s never done anything to it. He never really fished it because he didn’t think anything lived in it until one day hunting he saw some big fish in the shallows.
