Using Burst floss has helped my gums and my dentist has noticed .. I also recommend getting a bright vanity magnifying mirror so you can really up close to what you are doing because I thought I was cleaning properly but I was not

in so obsessed with flossing. while raising my kids, i severely neglected my own health and hygiene. I went to the dentist after 7 years of not going. I was so embaressed. now that im overly aware and a floss freak, im not sure how I ever went without flossing. the second I bite into something I can FEEL when something is stuck. ill stop at a store just to get floss if I feel something in my teeth. Im omw to purchase!

the actual problem with the picks: you are meant to pull the floss around your tooth in a u shape and slide it up the tooth, underneath the gums. the pick is too tight to do so, so you are only getting the most obvious gunk out from between your teeth. gotta get under the gums
