Pinch a toilet paper roll in half and cut out a ghost shape. Keep going until you have a whole gaggle of ghosts for your garland. 2. Paint the ghosts white (or whatever color your haunted heart desires). 3. Pause while the paint dries ⏰. 4. Add eyes and a mouth using black paint or a marker 👀. 5.
