Don’t buy nuts in supermarkets — they’re very expensive there. Try buying them in emporiums, bulk-food stores, or online shops instead. The price is much cheaper and they deliver to your home. You can also find them in bulk sections of natural-products stores. Look on Google for ‘produtos naturais’ or ‘cerealista’
