omg it took us 3 months to close on this house because the adjuster didn't include the property when he did his estimate so they said the amount didn't match the value. it was ridiculous

My husband literally refuses to pay closing cost everytime , somehow always gets the sellers to pay 😂😭but so so happy for yall and can’t wait for the new farmhouse content!!!
