@celinandcenzo: We are officially pot roast lovers😌 here’s the MASHED POTATO RECIPE👇 (couldn’t fit it in the video) Cheesy Garlic Mashed Potatoes -3 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and quartered -1 head of garlic -4 tbsp butter -1/2 to 1 cup heavy cream -6 oz sour cream -1 tsp garlic powder -1 to 2 tsp of salt -1/2 tsp pepper -1 cup of cheddar cheese or more to taste 1. Chop top off an entire head of garlic, cover with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Wrap it in foil and bake with pot roast for 1.5 hours. 2. Bring potatoes to boil in pot of salted water, let simmer for 10-12 minutes until fork tender 3. Drain and allow excess water to evaporate 4. Add potatoes to large bowl, squeeze out roasted head of garlic into bowl as well 5. Mash them together 6. Add butter, heavy cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, sour cream, and cheese Mix together until creamy (can add more heavy cream and butter) 7.
