I had two children by the time I was 24 and had them because I knew I could support them without any government assistance. People today depend on the government, that is there first mistake is thinking the payers owe them!

People think because you use live below a certain income you should look a certain way. Why is that? Why as a society do we automatically say people on benefits should never be able to enjoy their life by getting their hair done or getting their nails done. When it doesn’t have to host hundreds of dollars. People should be able to to enjoy life too even when they are low income these programs make life a lot more bare-able

I'm on disability and can't work I get snap for me and my four children I do everything I can for my children I don't think snap is ending for good it's just delayed because of the shutdown if the government opens it'll be funded but it's so depressing and makes me cry daily

I used them as a young military wife for about six months. We then went on to finish the 20 whole years in the military and during that time we got three degrees each. We make amazing money now. We love that our taxes go to services people need ✨

Social worker here and Kat is speaking facts in fall. I did a post yesterday on this and the shaming and humiliation towards anyone on snap is pathetic. It would blow their mind who is actually on Snap white middle class dual income working families are on Snap and the benefits still leave recipients struggling for food at the end of the month. We need to toss outdated ideas. The program was audited years ago and is one of the tightest with no loopholes. Great job Kat! Keep speaking the truth to these idiots💜💜💜👏👏👏👏
