This is why I genuinely hate court orders with custody. If a kid is literally saying, I do not want to go. DO NOT FORCE THEM! The law has so many grey areas and genuinely does NOT protect victims

He didn’t even want to go, I believe his mother tried to prevent him from going but the courts forced it. He was already complaining about his father & then this happened. The boy lost his life & the mother is in forever grief.
