Before my grandpa died I went to the hospital everyday and he got worse and worse. He didn’t eat anything and just slept. I didn’t get a good quality conversation with him before he died. On Thanksgiving my grandpas breathing got worse and went back on the ventilator. The doctors said it was time to let him go. I wouldn’t have seen my family on thanksgiving, but my grandpa gathered the people I love wanting us to be together for his favorite holiday. Thanksgiving is now my favorite holiday because of my grandpa
